  2. The Everglades • The Florida Everglades are subtropical wetlands located in the southern portion of the state Florida. They are 1,200 miles square. The landform is home to a great deal of wildlife, including the world famous Florida alligator. The Everglades area is the most threatened ecosystem in the United States.

  3. Lakes • A lake is a body of reletively still water of considerable size localalized in a basin, that is surrounded by land apart from a river, steam, or other form of moving water. Lakes are inland and not part of the ocean. Lakes can be contrasted with rivers or streams, wich are usually flowing. All lakes are temporary over geolic time scales.

  4. Florida's Peninsula • The Florida Peninsula has only three sides covered with water. Florida's Peninsula makes Florida unique. People come and visit some restate houses to buy on the Coastline of the peninsula. Florida has the peninsula on just three sides witch makes it perfect!

  5. Florida's Gulf: • Florida's Gulf Coast has beaches witch creates tourisim, fishing, and its all happening on the west side. Florida's Gulf Coast is an amazing place.The west side is also known as the left side.

  6. Florida's Bay • Florida Bay is the bay located between the southern end of the Florida mainland and the Florida Keys. Nearly all of Florida Bay is included in Everglades National Park. People go fishing to catch fish.
