Tools overview • Aim – to assess the results of informal learning in web design and computer animation • 20 tools developed – 1 or 2 tools for each unit of learning outcomes in web design and computer animation, following the methods for assessment of the results of IL • 3 different kinds of tools – e-games, interactive tests, ePortfolio • Available online and for free in English, Bulgarian and German www.create-validate.org

Target group • VET organizations and institutions (VET schools, VET centers) who would like to provide assessment of the results of informal learning in web design and computer animation. • The tools and methodology developed in the frame of the project can serve as a model if organizations want to develop other tools suitable for their needs. • All who would like to validate their results of informal learning in web design or computer animation. • The tools can also be used for self-assessment. www.create-validate.org

Tools features • Registration necessary– www.create-validate.org. • 2 types of users – “students” or“test-takers”(those who want to get their results of informal learning assessed) and “teachers” (those who organize the assessment and validation, e.g. VET schools, VET centers); • Groups – teachers create groups of students/test-takers, who want to get tested, and the students/test-takers join the respective groups, created by the teachers. • Change units weights– only when there is a substantial change in the content of the units of learning outcomes. • Results– all who play the tools can check their results at any time. Teachers can see the results of their groups. www.create-validate.org
