Strategics agreements between governrment and social partners of 1996/1999 and 2001 “Government and social partners considered as a priority to aply: Mesures to improve work conditions of OSH such as the advencion integration, of health and safety at work contents in general and technical education curricula, including teachers training in these subjects. Portuguese Social politics in OSH Leads us to a National Programme of Prevention Support - PNAP

Homologation and Certificacion Technologic Courses levels III , IV and V (public and technical schools with Education Ministery) - Europeean Directive 89/391/CEE - National Programme of Education for Safety and Health at Work

The importance of National Systhem of Technical Certification • To provide Portuguese enterprises recognized technicians • in OSH • 34 courses homologated ( technical Schools and Universities) • 300 Experts on OSH per year ( Levels 3 and 5) • - Agreeing with Portuguese law- 110/2000 - OBJECTIV POINT
