JVI: B600 TA Group- Participated in a complex job with many potential safety hazards. Employees demoed the old Hydrogen vent stacks and installed the new vent stacks with ZERO incidents/injuries. Recognized by Rod Williams. • Miken: B600 TA Group- Employees escalated several issues that could have led to serious injuries. Employees found a hole in a deck about 8 in. and a missing handrail, stopping their work which was in the same area as a slicker suit and breathing air job. Recognized by Emilio Suarez, Rod Wiliams and Joe Jackson • Veolia: Veolia Freeport Divison has received 4 years OSHA FREE. Recognized Dustin Gordon • D-Electric Co.: A-7000-Employee TaffKirklighter noticed a leak coming from an insulated pipe and informed operations. Leak was determined to be EDC.
