North Dakota is in the process of making their data available on Recreation.gov. • Presented the GRO Initiative to the North Dakota Department of Veteran Affairs Fall Conference (50+CVSO’s) • Met with USDA FSA County Executive Directors in Pierce and Rolla County • Presented GRO to CONAC REAP (Rural Empowerment Area Partnership) zone board of directors

  21. Government Rural Outreach InitiativeCredential Identity Proofing • Users of the Government Rural Outreach (GRO) Initiative Test Portal will receive credentials from the GRO Program Office. Participants eligible to enroll in USDA programs will receive credentials from the USDA (WebCAAF ID registration). • To receive a Pin/PW from the USDA the user must complete and submit Form AD2016 (attached in PDF). If submitted in person, the user must present a photo ID or if mailing or Faxing to the USDA office, the user must have their signature notarized. The user must also be either in the USDA Service Center Information Management System (SCIMS) or be entered into the SCIMS database. The employee entering the applicant into the SCIMS database must be different from the employee doing the WebCAAF registration. • To receive a Pin/PW from the GRO Program Office the user must present a valid North Dakota driver’s license and sign a form containing the following information: Name, Address, Telephone#, e-mail address, Age/Gender, Farmer/Veteran/Native American and Signature • The North Dakota driver’s license is a photo ID. To obtain a new driver’s license you must prove current name and date of birth. Some acceptable forms of identification are: a state certified birth certificate, US or Canadian passport, various INS documents, and out of state driver license. • All drivers’ license applications must contain a verified social security number. Acceptable proof of social security numbers are: the blue and white social security card, military ID cards, and the individual's own social security number record (verification printout).

The following information is collected for analysis only:User Client hostname - the hostname (or IP address if DNS is disabled) of the user/client requesting access. HTTP header, "user-agent" - the user-agent information includes the type of browser, its version, and the operating system it's running on. HTTP header, "referrer" - The referrer specifies the page from which the client accessed the current page. System date - The date and time of the user/client request. Status - The status code the server returned to the user/client. Content length - The content length, in bytes, of the document sent to the user/client. Method - The request method used.
