  1. BLOC ILIOFASCIAL • Indications:F diaphyse fémorale,F rotule,Délabrement musculocutané de la face ant de la cuisse. • C.Indications:avk,délabrement ou infection du scarpa. • Quand?:sur les lieux,au ramassage du fait du délai d’action.Avant le bilan radio

  2. Technique *Simple,sans neurostimulateur *Repères:Eias-Épine pubienne,jonction 1/3externe,2/3interne,2cm en dessous. *Matériel:Xylocaine1%,0,3ml/kg pour l’adulte,1ml/an chez l’enfant(<15ml)

  3. *Aiguille biseau court 45° type plexufix *Pré-trou indispensable,ressentir le passage fascia Lata,puis Iliaca.Injection lente,progressive,sans résistance.tests aspiratifs réguliers. *Installation en 5 a 15’. *Durée du bloc <2h

  4. Complications: *Ponction vasculaire:aspiration *Injection vasculaire ou surdosage=intoxication aiguë _O2 _Remplissage _Bzd _Intra lipides _Dosage quantitatif
