  2. Publications ASCE เป็นสำนักพิมพ์ที่ใหญ่ที่สุดในโลกในการผลิตสิ่งพิมพ์ทางด้านวิศวกรรมโยธา โดยในแต่ละปีจะตีพิมพ์ข้อมูลมากกว่า 50,000 หน้า เช่น นิตยสารรายเดือนด้านวิศวกรรมโยธา, หนังสือพิมพ์ที่เสนอข่าวของ ASCE วารสารวิชาการด้านเทคนิค เป็นต้น

  3. History The American Society of Civil Engineers หรือ ASCE ก่อตั้งเมื่อปี 1852 มีสมาชิกจากกลุ่มวิศวกรรมโยธาจากทั่วโลกกว่า 133,000 แห่ง และยังเป็นสมาคมวิศวกรรมที่เก่าแก่ที่สุดในสหรัฐอเมริกา ซึ่งภาระกิจที่สำคัญคือ ผลักดันให้สาขาวิศวกรรม เปรียบเสมือนผู้นำในการสร้างคุณภาพชีวิตให้ดียิ่งขึ้น ซึ่งทางสมาคมมีอายุครบ 150 ปี เมื่อ ปี 2002 ที่ผ่านมา
