How to Request Records • All records that are not confidential are available for public inspection and copying. The Commission may supply records in various formats, and fees may be associated with such provision. Anyone may submit a request. • All Petitions are accessible through the Public Record Search available by a link on the system’s main page. The orders are available when the Petition’s status is closed. Merit Rule 455:10-1-5
