  1. Difference Between Kinematics and Dynamics Key Differences: Kinetics will give you the change values of objects, while dynamics will provide you with the reasoning behind the changes in objects. Dynamics and kinetics are two branches of classical mechanics that deal with the motion of particles. Both these branches play an important role in robotics engineering and mechanical engineering. Kinetic Kinetic Theory is a term for the branch of classical mechanics that deals with the relationship between the motion of bodies and their causes, that is, forces and torques. Since the mid-20th century, the term "dynamics" (or "analytical dynamics") has replaced "kinetics" in physics textbooks; The term "kinetics" is still used in engineering.
