  1. 9 Things to Consider Before Going to CBSE Board Exams in 2022 Are you already worried about your Board exams? Completing the whole syllabus gives you exam kits? Don't worry anymore because unnecessary worry only leads to health problems. As stress levels rise, diet and hours of sleep often decrease. Although exams are an inevitable part of a student's academic life, they do not have to be painful. Psychologists advise students to relax and keep their minds free from stress to get good marks in their CBSE Board exams. Don’t worry. To help in your preparation, I have brought you ten tips that you can use for writing exams. 9 Best Tips to Consider Before Going to Any Exam 1. Complete Your Syllabus Start your preparation by following the classroom lessons correctly and systematically compiling the complete syllabus. Get the perfect marking scheme for all subjects - Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology and prepare accordingly. Revise daily what is taught in the classroom as those topics will still be better. Take help from NCERT Solution. These solutions are beneficial during last-minute preparation.

  2. 2. Choose High Weightage Topics Gather all the relevant notes and keep all the important notes together for a last-minute review. Find all the essential topics in the NCERT book, as most test questions appear only in the NCERT books. The cover exercises are provided at the end of each chapter in the NCERT books to understand the topics better. 3. Use Memorizing Techniques Memorize well using a flashcard and breaking down your key topics into different dots, lists, diagrams, and formulas. Anything you put on the flashcards will serve as a memory trap. It will help you to improve your ability to remember long-term para-identifying information. You can use these cards if they are left for a short time. Maths is a very tricky subject. You can’t memorize it, but practice. Take help from ncert solutions for class 10 maths and solve a lot of problems. 4. Study in Group or Teach Someone Explaining answers to another person will help you clear your brain, highlighting important points that you need to work on most. Ask your parents, sisters, or brothers to ask you questions. Explain your answers and know how much is involved. 5. In Answer Writing Use flow Chart and Diagrams Visuals are beneficial when reviewing your articles. Start by challenging yourself to write down everything you know about a particular topic and highlight areas where the gap is. Access your keynotes into one-page drawings. Write down your ideas about this format so you can remember everything quickly. 6. Solve Previous Year’s Question Papers Try to solve Previous Year Question Papers for Class 10 in your classroom and familiarize yourself with the exam format. Practice answering those questions on time and check your answers against your school notes to get them right. 7. Don’t Cram, Try to Understand the Concept Stick to what you already know while reading the night before the exam. If you try to learn new things, you will make yourself nervous. Revise your classroom notes, NCERT Solution for Class 10, and familiarize yourself with mathematical questions.

  3. 8. Minimize Distraction Most of you prefer to read while listening to music, watching TV, or writing to friends. Research shows that all those students who choose to read like this keep little knowledge. It’s best to go to instrumental music to stay focused. 9. Take Care of Your Health Tests often bring stress, but too much stress can ruin your preparation. Don't forget to take care of your health, diet, and sleep. Good mental and physical health is significant in testing. After reading, take time to relax your mind and body, eat well to build up your energy, sleep well at night and maintain a positive attitude about your exams. Focus on the tests but be relaxed. You have made plans, and now is the time to reap the rewards. Conclusion Embrace the “do” attitude. A positive attitude keeps your mind open, and the body relaxed, making it easier to concentrate and remember what you have learned. This positive attitude works well in all situations, whether you are preparing for or writing an exam. It is a well-known fact that when people suffer from anxiety, they often focus on negative thoughts. They see themselves as failures. Such pessimistic thoughts increase the level of stress that eventually reduces the brain's ability to absorb and remember things. So try to break free from negative thoughts and replace negative thoughts with positive ones. It will help you keep your worries at bay because you will know that it is in your power to do well on the last day.
