  24. MILITARY SCHOLARSHIPS • ROTC Scholarships • Army • Navy/Marines • Air Force Most ROTC scholarships cover the entire cost of tuition. The Navy covers housing and books as well as provides a stipend, while the Army covers only tuition. Air Force offers a majority of scholarship recipients full tuition up to the in-state cost as well as stipends for books. ROTC members are also provided a living expense. Starting at $250 a month, the amount increases each school year
