LABORATORY NOTEBOOK(Pre-lab) • TITLE AND DATE • OBJECTIVES • CHEMICAL EQUATION • Include the general chemical equation from top of page 93. • TABLE OF PHYSICAL DATA • Include MW, bp, and hazard information for 2-methylcyclohexanol, Hydrobromic acid, sulfuric acid, 1-bromobutane, 2-bromobutane, 2-bromo-2-methylpropane, 1-bromo-1-methylcyclohexane, and 1-bromo-2-methylcyclohexane (no bp required). • PROCEDURE • Include a brief outline of the procedure for this experiment. Do NOT copy directly from the lab manual. • Include a reference to the lab manual including page numbers where the actual procedure can be found.
