  1. Like the Nainital lake view, what are the superb things that remind of Nainital?

  2. When I think of Nainital, my memory is filled with blooming hydrangeas even as my mouth salivates for the onion potato soup we had in a hotel. While Nainital is visited by many, perhaps many times, there is always something different like the Nainital lake or something else to look forward to when we make that next trip. We at Fabvenueshave beautiful properties to stay at the time of your trip. The hotels and resorts with great services, cooperative staff, aesthetic interiors and with the serene Nainital lake view, the properties have it all to make your stay comfortable. Here we list all the things which will make this trip so memorable. So here we go. Lakes for the blue mind We have a blue mind, a term that comes from the marine biologist Wallace J Nichols, and it means we are so much happier, healthier and at peace when we are near or in water. So the best way to get this dose is to explore all the lakes around here! The Nainital Lake is the most famous, full of colourful boats that can be seen dotting the waters but if you want to just relax, the Naukuchiatal is the lake to go for it. The Kamlatal is full of lotus and hence the moniker. The Sat tal with its interconnected lakes, some of them deep in the forest, accessible only with the help of a guide would be ideal for those in thirst of adventure. Bhimtal has an island at one end where you can visit the aquarium which will surely delight the children.  Hotel Silverton Lake View, Nainital offers comfortable rooms and a sitting area with chequered floors create an old world feel. The hotel is located barely 125 feet above the major Mall road. The property's ideal location provides easy access to the city's must-see attractions. The rooms provide guests with a comfortable and beautiful refuge, complete with all modern facilities such as a television in each room.

  3. 2. The beautiful colonial architecture for the nostalgic mind Architecture is about crafting a masterpiece, just so we can admire it while learning about the past. Nainital was among the earliest places that caught the attention of the British- and they built houses, churches, bridges, public places which can be admired for their gothic, neo-gothic and Indo-Saracenic style. The Governor’s house in Tallital is a 220-acre property with a challenging golf course, beautiful gardens, stately rooms and a slew of hidden tunnels that were reputedly used by the famous Sultana Daku. The legendary mall road connects Tallital to the colonial part called Mallital where we come across the boathouse club that was opened to the public in 1970. Here in the wood-paneled rooms, you can view the scenery, play billiards or read in the heritage library. Walk to the Bandstand, built by a generous contribution from the legendary Jim Corbett, to have a view or listen to the live band that plays every day around 5 pm, in May and June. A little way up is the Gothic stone church of St John in Wilderness, where a brass slip lists the names of people who died in the landslip of 1880. Then there is the Gurney House, the Balarampur house, St Joseph’s College, whose architecture will transport the visitors to another time. Staying at Hotel Chevron Fairhavens Nainital is more than just staying in a hotel, it's an opportunity to immerse yourself in history. Fairhavens has been a popular tourist destination since 1920, and it's a great spot to unwind or use as a base for exploring the surrounding area. With its well-kept gardens, magnificent historical features, and colonial heritage, this lovely hotel, located just ten minutes from the Mall, provides an unforgettable experience.

  4. Watch the sunset from different points For city dwellers, each day begins with an alarm and maybe ends with a television or computer, but hills are so different. Mountains change colours with the sun and so do the water bodies. Watch the sun dip into the waters of the Naini lake, as you paddle the boat in the shadows of the mountains. The Nainital lake view is a must-see thing whenever you visit Nainital. Take a trek to the Tiffin top, through the dense forest filled with deodars and pine to the top on Ayarpatta hill and sit on Dorothy's seat. Sip tea or have Maggi while watching the sun hide behind the mountains. The view from the Lands End, 2118 metres above sea level is equally amazing. The trek yields a beautiful view of Khurpatal lake and the dense slopes below. Bird watching Have you been charmed by trilling noises near your window oramazed by the beautiful colors displayed by birds, then Nainital district has dense alpine forests, where you can spot the warbler, the mountain cuckoo, maroon oriole, the woodpecker and other species. There is Maheshkhan in Bhowali, around 20 km from Nainital, where a British period rest house will allow you to spend time in nature. The rhododendron, oak and fir forest host a variety of birds in the Sattal area. Pangot, a sleepy place only 15 km from Nainital, where several birds can be spotted, so carry binoculars and wear sturdy walking shoes.  The Earl's Court, Nainital's rooms are defined by three words: plush, sumptuous, and luxurious. The hotel has a total of 10 Deluxe Rooms, 14 Superior Rooms, and 5 Heritage Rooms. All of the rooms are equipped with modern conveniences, ensuring a peaceful stay in the middle of peace and tranquilly. The rooms are the greatest option for accommodation in Nainital because of its colonial architecture.

  5. 4. Foodie trail  Clean, crisp air with no worries in mind is the best way to have some hot food, so let's seek someplace to eat in Nainital. When I was a teenager, my uncle was often a visitor from Nainital bearing with him a box of bal mithai- dark brown khoya squares with a sugar ball coating. Try Mamu’sNaini sweets for this in Mallital. Another place is Sakley's, which is good for dishes like thai curry, chicken and pastries.  The Embassy is an old favorite with beautiful interiors- order delicious pizzas and sizzlers here. Sonam restaurant in Mallital has warm momos, thupkas. 5.Trekking trails Are you bored of commuting through snarling traffic, crowded buses and the metro? Then come to Nainital to limber your stiff and aching joints. The movement itself is meditation which clears the mental fog and we have some magnificent trails here for trekking. There is a moderate trek to Naina peak, about 6 hours through temperate forests where you can spot thrush, pheasants and other species. Trek to Tiffin top through Aryapatta area, which is only 3 km from the mall road leads to the Dorothy spot. A long trek to Pangot is around 15 km through rhododendron and oak vegetation. It gives a glimpse of the snow-clad mountains of Nanda Devi, Trishul and Nanda Ghunti. 6. Off the track  In Nainital one can buy some handcrafted beautiful wax candles with different shapes and aromas.  At the Fruitage shop, you can buy freshly made jams, preserves and pickles. They are full of fresh fruits that taste divine with fresh bread and scones. Buy the Buransh or rhododendron squash for its different flavor and medicinal value. And if you love to eat fresh fruit then go for cherries, apricots, apples and peaches.  There are a plethora of other resorts in Nainital that will suit your budget or other needs, but Fabvenueshas some of the great hotels and resorts that will get your adrenaline pumping while you're here in Nainital.
