Andrea Guerrero García • Project Coordinator • Andrea is the Colombian Low Carbon Development Strategy (CLCDS) coordinator. Andrea worked in Colombia’s Ministry of Environment and Sustainable development for seven years, and she led the Climate Change Division, which develops climate change policy and coordinates the country’s technical position in international negotiations. She holds a MSc in Biology and a BSc in Forestry.
