  1. Best Gym For Workout in Hong Kong F45 Training workouts are designed to unify the muscle groups of the body and to help make you feel and perform better in all aspects of your life The F stands for Funtional Training, a mix of circuit and HIIT style workouts, using bodyweight, cardio and weight lifting equipment, all geared towards everyday movements. 45 is the total number of minutes needed for sweat dripping, heart pumping fun.

  2. Our Studio Our studio has been maintained to the highest levels of cleanliness and condition since opening in June 2019. We clean the equipment after every workout and clean the whole studio every afternoon. With enhanced protocols in place to battle Covid, there is no safer gym in Hong Kong.

  3. WHAT IS HIIT? HIIT is a form of interval training that involves short bursts of exercise performed to a high intensity, with short recovery periods in between each exercise. For example, a HIIT workout might consist of, say, 6 different exercises. You would perform each exercise for roughly 30 seconds, with a 10-second break between each move. You would then take a longer break, of about 45 seconds, and then repeat the set of 6 exercises again in the same way. You can either choose a certain number of sets to do, or you can just keep going beyond your maximum target until you are tired.
