1/8 c. butter

3/16 c. sugar

1/4 c. egg

1/3 c. flour

1/4 tsp. cream of tartar

1/8 tsp. baking soda

Pinch of salt

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Mix butter, sugar and egg well. Mix remaining ingredients together and stir into first mixture. Spoon cookies (they will be wet and sticky) onto baking sheet, then sprinkle with a mixture of 1 tablespoon sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Place at least 2 inches apart on baking sheet. Bake 8 to 10 minutes until lightly browned but stiff soft. (They puff up at first, then flatten out.)

1/8 tsp. cinnamon 1/4 c. oats

2 1/2 Tbs. sugar 1/4 c. raisins

Mix all ingredients together and bake @ 350 for 10-12 minutes. You may need to knead the mixture by hand.

2 1/2 Tbs. sugar

Mix all ingredients together and bake @ 350 for 10-12 minutes. You may need to knead the mixture by hand.

1/8 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. milk

1 1/2 Tbs. butter 1/8 tsp. vanilla

1 Tbs. sugar 1/8 c. chocolate chips

Mix all ingredients together and bake @ 400 for 8-10 minutes

Combine sugar and baking soda, then stir in egg and vanilla. Add peanut butter and stir until combined. Roll into small balls and cook at 350 for 9-12 minutes.
