  • Having high cholesterol

  • Eating a diet low in potassium, magnesium, and calcium
  • Being insulin-resistant

  • Very few dishes are fried, also. Many foods are grilled and baked.

  • The main point is how we deal with garlic in cuisines rather than how much we consume.
  • And most important of all, garlic consumption is not the core issue in Chinese hypertension.
  • I suggest that the most effective way to solve this problem is to change Chinese eating habit.
