IEEE U.S. Filings • Filings in the United States that report Director & Officer information include: • IRS Form 990 (for non-profit organizations) • State corporate registrations & annual reports • Charitable Solicitation annual state filings • All of these filings are available to the public • Only names and titles are reported. Personal addresses and contact information are never disclosed. • Form 990 requires compensation to be reported

  3. IEEE Filings outside of the U.S. • Foreign Company Registrations in • Australia • Hong Kong • Full names, titles, date of birth, home addresses, and passport information are required for registration & renewals • Not available to the general public
