  1. Explore the Many Benefits of Pranayama

  2. Pranayama has lots of benefits to increase lung capacity, breathe better, learn relaxation techniques, etc. For this reason, for millennia, it has been practiced as a fundamental part of Yoga. What is Pranayama? The Pranayama is the set of breathing techniques in the practice of Yoga, which aims to control what the tradition of Yoga called prank in Sanskrit, and referring to cosmic energy. There are three types of   breathing, which we will later develop, and they are: abdominal, thoracic and clavicular breathing. When they all meet effectively we talk about complete breathing. Pranayama techniques are the ways in which breathing is trained, and are divided into major and minor Pranayama techniques. We will also develop them.

  3. Pranayama meaning There is some confusion when speaking about the meaning of Pranayama, because some people only take into account the etymological meaning and forget the meaning that has always been given to pranayama, which would be the concept. That is, the etymological meaning of Pranayama is "breath control”. However, these are only the words from which a new one was created, whose concept or real meaning is wider: control of breathing, to which the Yoga tradition attributes an important function, which is to obtain energy of the universe. The human being has always known, however primitive they were, that breathing is one of the necessary functions to live, so it is normal to consider breathing as a way for the Universe to transmit its energy.

  4. Pranayama Benefits The Pranayama, or techniques to learn to breathe correctly, has many benefits (could not be otherwise, since there are many physical benefits of yoga some of them are: It increases the lung capacity, so the lungs can get the air they need in less breaths, unlike people who cannot perform deep breaths, and have complications derived from it. Pranayama for weight loss is good option for those who want to lose weight.
