  3. Abstract • “A well-prepared abstract can be the most important single paragraph in an article.” • Your abstract should find its audience: be a hotbed of keywords, as users will locate it via search. • Your abstract needs to give all essential information without being too specific.

  4. Headings • A first level heading should be: Centered, Boldface, Uppercase & Lowercase Heading • A second level heading should be: Flush left, Boldface, Uppercase & Lowercase Heading
