  2. MATERIAL Y MÉTODOS • Nosotros realizamos un estudio prospectivo desde enero de 2008. Examinamos un total de 58 pacientes (35 hombres y 23 mujeres, media de edad de 59 ± 12 años) con lesiones focales hepáticas detectadas en modo B por ecografía. Se realizó un estudio cualitativo y cuantitativo mediante la tecnología FIRA y posteriormente se inyectó 1.2 mL de Sonovue examinando el hígado continuamente durante 3 minutos. • El diagnóstico final fue establecido por histopatología, TC o RMN.

  3. MATERIAL Y MÉTODOS • Plataforma Acuson S 2000 (Siemens, Erlangen, Alemania). • Sonda convexmultifrecuencia 4-1 MHz. • Sujetos colocados en decúbito supino.
