  1. COLOURS OF PEOPLE Gimnazjum ZNP in Lodz, Poland On the 5th December a group of 30 students took part in workshops called “ Colours of People” Students talked to each other about tolerance, their relationships with adults and peers, their emotions and acceptance in the society after having listened to a humorous story about the creation of the world and people. The workshops let them talk about important, social issues openly and sincerely. The aspect of variety and diversity of cultures, perception of the world was the prime topic of the discussion followed by the presentation of the picture book titled "Half Full or Half Empty" by IwonaChmielewska. The book, full of pictures with metaphoric captions, made students think over different perspectives of every individual concerning happiness, respect, beauty, poverty etc. In general, the workshops helped the students see the world more widely, not only from their point of view. When two people look at one truth, each of them sees it from their viewpoint.
