กรรมการพัฒนาหลักสูตร. ประกอบด้วย อาจารย์ผู้รับผิดชอบหลักสูตร อย่างน้อย 2 คน (ป.ตรี) อย่างน้อย 3 คน (ป.โท และ ป.เอก) ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิหรือผู้เชี่ยวชาญในสาขานั้นๆ ซึ่งเป็นบุคคลภายนอก อย่างน้อย 2 คน หากมีองค์กรวิชาชีพ ให้มีผู้แทนองค์กรวิชาชีพร่วมเป็นกรรมการ อย่างน้อย 1 คน.
