What is the AllSeen Alliance? • A nonprofit consortium dedicated to enabling the widespread adoption of products, systems and services that support the Internet of Everything through an open environment, vibrant ecosystem and thriving technical community. • Hosts and advances an industry-supported software and services framework initially based on the AllJoyn™ open source project. • This open framework enables hardware manufacturers and software developers to create interoperable products that can discover, connect and communicate directly with other devices, systems and services regardless of brand. Membership Value • Contribute and influence the direction of AllJoyn services and features • Priority to contribute strategic definitions of services for your product portfolio that are key to optimizing your product experiences • Create products and applications and be secure in the knowledge that they will be interoperable in future roadmaps • Ability to guide feature sets in requirements documents and future technology roadmaps of AllJoyn through Working Groups, technical contributions and earning committer status • Feature your AllJoyncertified projects and applications at key industry events, website and marketing collateral AllSeen Alliance, Inc.

Membership Levels • Sponsored Members • Available to any: • Non-profit entity • association, • governmental agency • academic entity • individual contributor • No fee • Board of Directors membership approval required • Membership at any level: • Required to become a committer; membership not required to submit contributions • Enables Working Group and TSC participation based on technical merit and community recognition • PremierMembers • Designate one board representative • Designate one technical steering committee representative • Initial 2 year commitment: fee for initial year = $300K, annual fee following = $250K • Community Members • Vote for board members from “n” additional board seats • Fee Structure varies by size of organization > 5000 employees = $50K 500-4999 employees = $30K 100-499 employees = $10K < 100 employees = $5K AllSeen Alliance, Inc.
