  4. 2006 2007 2008 2009 2010 2011 • The number of cooperatives increased quite significantly, from 149.793 in 2007 to 188.181 in December 2011. • It means the figure increased by 31.388 units or 20.95%. 4

  5. Policy and Strategies Access to Finance; Human Resources Development; Marketing; Technology.

  6. Amendment of Cooperative Law No. 25 of 1992; • Promote Intelectual Property Right (IPR); • Regulating on Indonesian Cooperative Council; • Government creates and develops climate and condition to stimulate cooperatives growth, facilities, and protection to the cooperatives. Legislation Aspects

  7. Cooperative Strategy • OVOP program to create value-added; • Re-inventing/restructuring management; • Human Resources Management; • Information, Communication and Technology; • Capital Resources Improvement; • Cooperation among cooperatives, regionally and Internationally.
