  2. CSIF-CEN Green Leap is a new thinking and strategy proposed by Professor Stuart L. Hart, and also applies disruptive innovation in today’s realities to drive social transformation. As commented by Bill Clinton in Hart’s book “Capitalism at Crossroads”, “… As we address the recession's dire consequences and rebound from the brink of economic collapse, Stuart Hart proposes a sustainable, socially responsible model of capitalism and compels us to seize the opportunities afforded by a fresh start.” By introducing Green Leap strategy into China’s context, it evolves to be an initiative engaging holistic social innovation, which includes the changes in policy and institution, technology and business, and humanity and education, and etc. With such a comprehensive, deep and rigorous studies, as well planning and execution, Pilot cities and towns in Green Leap and the scale-out of successful practices will literally achieve social transformation, towards sustainable development. 绿色跨越 Green Leap
