Board of County Commissioners Project : Peppermill West PD/LUP - Substantial Change Applicant:Michael Burkhead of TCCOM Properties, LLC District #: 1 Request: To consider a substantial change to allow a 140- foot camouflaged flagpole communications tower to be located on Parcel G. The communications tower meets all necessary setbacks without the need for waivers. No additional entitlements are being requested.
