  4. Measures to Address Issues • Max. Overtime • Bus Stop “Green Shovel” Program • Building Manager “Green Shovel” Program • Student Hiring (started earlier) • 48 applications • 34 responses • 28 worked • Promised Spring Snow meeting • Stockpiled more salt (West Ag. station)

  12. Hired Students Earlier • Annotate and Clear ADA Bldg Entrance Routes First • Even at expense of “Main Entrances” (Req. Communication with Bldg Mgrs • Note Roped off Stairs on map • Prototype/Test areas with pre-treatments • McBurney Center: • Investigate expand Para-transit routes or create fixed routes • ID special student needs early • ID special Nat. and SERF ADA Class times • Seek to move “ADA” stalls from top of ramps to lower • Many People asked to assist • Implement Bus Stop “Green Shovel” Program • Provide Shovels in Building Entrances for Bldg Mgrs who request them.
