The Role of TCG • Lenders choose, pay and manage the relationship with suppliers • All data and case information is the property of Lenders or the supplier • TCG has already built/builds connectivity with Lenders suppliers • The level of connectivity depends on the suppliers ability and business process • TCG does not charge for building an interface • The majority of connectivity is a full XML interface • Creating interfaces removes double keying which reduces cost and errors

Connectivity Connectivity is about understanding the process and needs of all suppliers as well as building IT links • TCG always strives to build a great relationship as well as full XML interfaces with all of its partners • The majority of TCGs partners have built full XML interfaces already • TCG will work with whatever type of interface that the supplier prefers • A web based data capture screen is viewed as a short term solution whilst we assist the supplier build a full interface

Key Features • Lender-controlled allocation process based on your own rules • TCG can work with any type of data feed from Lenders • Data security - all data is encrypted before transmission • Little or no double keying as data is self populated into the Field Agent Companies workflow systems • Automatic instruction receipt confirmation from Field Agent Companies • Automatic return of report from Field Agent Companies systems • Full audit trail • A single integration to instruct multiple Field Agent Companies

Management Information (MI) MI packs fully tailored to Lenders business needs and can include: • Number of instructions sent to each Field Agent Companies • Number of reports returned by each Field Agent Companies • Time taken to return reports by FAC • Percentage of customers contacted • Reason for arrears • Percentage of income and expenditure forms completed • Number of ‘arrangement to pay’ made • Type of arrangement made (i.e. mortgage payment plus additional amount) • Performance MI can be used to drive future instruction allocations Please see sample MI pack for more details

Costs • No set up fees or on-going development fees for anyone • Time Cost – Agreeing definition dictionary for aggregated MI • Limited I.T. / No I.T. work required by Lenders as we have built the pipe work and many of the direct connections already • Field Agent Companies pay TCG £2.95 plus VAT for all returned reports (they only pay when they are getting paid) • Field agent companies may be margin sensitive when the lender fees are below the market norm
