What is the College Bound Scholarship? • The College Bound Scholarship offers the promise of tuition and book fees to qualifying 7th and 8th grade students in the state of Washington. CREDITS IN HIGH SCHOOL • To graduate from high school, you need: • 22 Credits!!! • One class, one semester = 0.5 credits • Two classes, one year = 1 credit • Each semester, a student takes 6 classes. • Each semester, a students should be able to earn 3 credits. • Each year, a student should be able to earn 6 credits.
