  1. Get a boost of happiness and improve your mental health Many of us are unaware about how to live a life. There are many things that make us happy, and there are many feelings and emotions that make us sad. You should never lose hope and optimism in life. Always pursue your goals with full enthusiasm. Happiness should be your path and not a choice. Happiness or sadness is just a state of mind. How will you behave? How you will make the decisions depends on the state of the mind. So, it is important to be optimistic. Our mindset keeps on changing with the passage of the time. There are many goals in life that cannot be achieved easily. You have to put in extra effort. Many hurdles can come in your path, but you should never lose the feeling of excitement. When we achieve something in life, the feeling of happiness appears in our mind. It can be said that happiness leads to a short-term mood boost. However, after the passage of time, this mood-boost does not show the same effect. Everyone has a different tendency towards life. Some of us happily accept the changes that come in our life. There are others who do not accept changes in life, and they prefer to live life in the same outdated manner.
