  3. Year of emigration • Al Jolson immigrated to the U.S. in 1894 8 years after he was born. • He did not know his actual birth date so he celebrated it on the may 26th.

  4. Reason he came here • Because people said he was the greatest comedian. • He was also a good actor. • And he was a singer.

  7. Living conditions • Did not live in a very nice house because he did not get serious about acting yet.

  8. Living conditions in the U.S. • He had a very nice house because he was acting and doing comedian because of all the money he had.
