In my learning journey, I discovered the difference between smooth and bumpy speech. Initially confused and often frustrated with my speaking, I learned from Ms. K the key features of both types. Bumpy speech includes repeated phrases, long gaps, and filler words, while smooth speech is relaxed, more organized, and easier for others to understand. Smooth speech is not perfection but rather effective communication. It matters in school, conversations, and daily life, enabling me to express my ideas more clearly and with less frustration.
