It contains only a quarter the amount of cholesterol in the spaghetti. It also contains large amount of minerals, vitamins and other substances that are vital to our growth.

It also contains large amount of minerals, vitamins and other substances that are vital to our growth.

Summing up • Overall, our meals designed are much more suited a person’s average daily needs • It is much healthier than the Western Food stall and the prices of the ingredients needed is considerably ok. • Our meals also provides calories close to a person’s daily needs • There is less oil used in our meals which cater to out target audience
