SMS Activity. For Customer delight we are Launching SMS Service, for end customers ,from 15th Apr'09. 1. SMS will be sent to all the customer as soon as soon as the Handsets is repaired.(When ASC will enter repair finish date in SPX).

  1. SMS Activity • For Customer delight we are Launching SMS Service, for end customers ,from 15th Apr'09. • 1. SMS will be sent to all the customer as soon as soon as the Handsets is repaired.(When ASC will enter repair finish date in SPX). • 2. In case a call is pending due to spare/Other a SMS will be sent at the same time to the customer regarding the status of the Handset. • Dos' for ASC/ASPs • 1. Enter your contact no. correctly in SPX Customer management screen.(As per sheet 2-3). • 2. Enter customer's 10 digit Mobile no. in mobile column in SPX screen.(As per sheet 4)(Do not add 91,0 or any other digit with 10 digit contact no.) • 3. Keep internet connected in case of broadband user, during SPX usage. • 4. Once SMS sent, a screen will pop up, close the screen.(As per sheet 5) • Don'ts for ASC/ASPs • Do not do advance closing, unless instructed by your respective BSMs. • Contents in SMS • Repaired Handsets :"Dear LG Mobile Customer ,your Job no R12345678 is ready for delivery,  In case our services are not as per your desire, pls send sms to 9871592255" • Pending handsets : "Dear LG Mobile customer ,your Job no.R12345678 is pending with us.
