There was a creek and some fruit trees in the remote mountains of Algeria, with nobody around to take care of them..

They had a vision called ‘Permaculture and Superadobe’They took on the land that was once their ancestors’...

And first built a littleDome, to put theirtools and equipment in whilst working on their land

They started to dig ditches to collect the rainwater and called it

‘Swale’ design! And we think that’s just SWALE 

The Trees already hanging in there for the last few decades were happy to see them..Almond trees said Marhaban!

They set to work and built Swales, Hugels, Ponds, a Super Adobe Cisternand Guilds around those existing old trees
