BPA/EWEB/PECI Premium Ventilation Package • 2008 – 2009 field tests with detailed pre/post metering • 2 sites, 4 RTUs • BPA/PNNL /State of Washington Smart Monitoring and Diagnostic System • Field test of concept and energy savings • 44 meters installed July 2008 • SMDS units fall 2008 – spring 2009. • Analysis and reporting will be completed by December 2009 • BPA/PNNL development of self-correcting HVAC diagnostics • RTF Rooftop Unit subcommittee Current BPA RTU Research

Completed BPA 2008 AirCare Plus Pilot • 63 Rooftop Units Serviced • 27 units with ~ 2 weeks pre/post metering. • Planned 2009 RTU Pilot • Summer of 2009 • 600 Rooftop Units • 2 to 4 Program Delivery Contractors • Pre/Post metering for 120 + units • Use, test and develop M&V Protocol • Planned 2010-2012 regional RTU servicing programs. Current BPA RTU Pilots
