  3. You’re the webmaster • Anyone in the Edgewood community can have a SharePoint Site – contact TAC with your request • Include: • Your Name • Name of your site • Who should have access to it • they can be open to the public as well!

  4. Have a Plan! “With great power comes great responsibility” - Voltaire or Spiderman’s Uncle • Who is your Audience? • What are you trying to communicate? • How are you going to communicate? • How will you organize your content? • Who will maintain your content & how often? Content is the single most important component of any website!

  5. The hard part is done… Time to Build the Site!

  6. Steps to modifying the site • Click Edit button • Update Welcome Text with your own • Remove unwanted web parts • Add your own web parts • Put in your own pictures “It’s up to the artist!” - My 5th grade art teacher
