CE&HA Fair Info • CE&HA • Date: September 30th – October 2nd (3 days, Friday -Sunday) • Location: Belgrade fairground (halls 1 and 4), which represents one of the largest fair complexes in the region • Event contained 4 major segments: Exhibition, Entertainment, Education and Retail • Target groups: people from 16-60+ years old: Teenagers, students, families, elders interested mostly for home appliances

HTC on CE&HA Fair • Booth • 50m2, located in Hall 1, central position, opened. • Storage area • Exhibition area with 8 products • Lounge area, 6 high-chairs • 2 promo counters • Quietly brilliant design, HTC logos • HTC Sensation, EVO 3D, Desire S, Wildfire S and Cha Cha were presented • HTC Flyer promotion

HTC promoters • Promoting HTC Flyer • End-users were pictured with HTC Flyer to acquire their attention, and while showing picture, end user was briefed about the product and offered to play with • HTC Expert was present on the booth • For all technical inquires, and pre-sales questions. • Giveaways ( T-Shirts ) were given to customers with interesting questions

HTC Expert view • Key findings and impressions. • Visitors were delighted to see HTC on CE&HA fair • Some visitors wanted to buy HTC phones immediately • Lot of visitors asked for phone prices with in Mobile operator and retails stores • 99% of visitors with HTC phones asked for additional equipment (phone cases, cables, batteries) • Few visitors had problems and they asked for official service support • Old users came back to see what’s new • Sensation , Desire S and Wildfire S were most interesting to the visitors • EVO 3D was refreshing • HTC booth was one the most visited (experts opinion) • Question(s) of the fair: “Do you think that round up tests in magazines are real and that HTC or Samsung are top rated phones and why is may Motorola on 30th some position? Do you think that my phone (Motorola) is no good.”

Key Results • More than 4000 end users visited HTC booth during 3 days, experiencing HTC products • New potential users and old one get chance to se what is new with in HTC • Over 6000 leaflets were distributed • Original T shirts and lanyard giveaways made lot of visitors very happy • Product information's and details about where to buy • Age varsity among people who visited HTC booth • Remark of the fair: Lot of family people came to see what is new from HTC. They shared with us that whole family is using HTC phones. HTC family indeed.
