CRTK Surveys • Employers whose businesses are assigned: • North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) • Listed in the New Jersey Worker and Community Right to Know Act (CRTK) must submit CRTK survey • Lists the environmental hazardous substances (EHSs) at the facility that exceed 500 pounds unless listed as extremely hazardous which has a lower threshold

  3. MSDS • Those who report to • EPCRA • Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) must report inventory of any chemical that require a Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) • Must be present on site that exceeds quantities of 10,000 pounds

  4. TRI • Those that are subject to report EPCRA that exceed 10,000 pounds of any one chemical must report to the Toxic Release Inventory (TRI) • A list of the applied chemicals can be found • http://www.state.nj.us/dep/opppc/figdoc.htm
