A New Twist in Our History • In August 1999, M&P sold its non-attest assets to H&R Block • RSM McGladrey, Inc. created to house non-attest services, such as tax, business services and consulting • M&P maintained as partnership separate from Block and RSM McGladrey • M&P and RSM McGladrey form alternative practice structure

  22. Our interns are treated as 1st year Associates. Audit interns typically work through all phases of the audit from planning and conducting the engagement to delivering the final audit. You may also gain valuable exposure to functions such as tax and consulting services. Tax interns typically work through all phases of the preparation of business and individual tax returns, including assistance with tax consulting and research projects. You may also gain valuable exposure to the audit process and its relationship to the tax returns. Internship Program
