Top 5 tech trends in India according to Manoj Paul Deploying a hybrid multi-cloud model – The most popular distribution strategy with the greatest rate worldwide is the hybrid cloud architecture, according to Indian IT executives. Despite not being as prevalent as the hybrid cloud, multi-cloud is also becoming even more popular among digital leaders, with 83% of them now using two or more cloud service providers. Evolution of Web 3 – Web 3 is still in its theoretical stage, and researchers are actively investigating its possible applications. In the next one to five years, most Indian IT leaders (52%) predict that Web 3 will overtake Web 2. According to 79% of respondents, most businesses already have a Web 3 strategy in place.

  4. 5G – 5G is becoming widely adopted, and some of the best 5G experiences have already been established. Indian IT decision-makers are increasing their focus on 5G, with many considering it as an integral aspect of their plan to benefit from emerging technologies like Artificial Intelligence (AI) and the Internet of Things (IoT). Cloud migration continues – In India, 40% of IT executives use public clouds, and 93% of them said they collaborate with two or more cloud service providers. According to 86% of Indian IT leaders, more corporate processes would be moved to the cloud. 79% of the respondents said they intended to migrate their security-related tasks to the cloud, and 60% said they intended to relocate databases.

Considering several model strategies – The majority of IT decision-makers in India are reportedly moving towards an Everything as a Service/Anything as a Service (XaaS) paradigm, according to the GTTS 2022 research. Only one in ten companies say they are not transitioning to a XaaS model.
