PORT USAGE • Remember you cannot use the OrderEntry.zip file provided by Oracle • Make sure you have your ADF-JSF project, before you start . • Try http://127.0.0.1:8888/em in some browser (assuming “em” as the appliction). Alas … this works for on-campus only. CIS security policy will not allow off-campus students to deploy to laboratory machines  >>>For off-campus students: please post the project EAR file to your homework page. We will access it and deploy it here.

  3. UserName & Password for Enterprise Manager 10g • UserName : oc4jadmin ( the name will be there when the Enterprise Manager window opens ) • Password : oc4j

  4. Other Imp Things • Now, sure your OrderEntry project folder is in your U drive . (you will not have permissions to write to the C: drive). • You cannot create a mywork folder in the Jdeveloper folder in the labs • Do not try to place the OrderEntry project folder on the Desktop

  5. Send a live link, with format: IPaddress:8888/OrderEntry/faces/index.jsp Eg : 129.130.11.64:8888/OrderEntry/faces/index.jsp Be sure to create a link, not just text URL. Note: you will have to hold the machine until the instructor checks your project. Put a note on the machine and lock the keyboard.
