  4. Healthy Blueberry and Almond Oats: Oats are best served warm, and letting them sit overnight only makes them emit more of its flavor. This recipe takes about 5 minutes to prep, which you can easily do before going to bed for a delicious breakfast in the morning.

  5. You will need an airtight container in which you will be preparing the mixture to sit overnight.

  6. Mix together 1/3 cups of oats, ½ cup of almond milk or any of your choice, 1 teaspoon chia seeds, ½ tablespoon of maple syrup or you can also use honey with 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.

  7. After the mixture is ready seal the container and set it in the refrigerator overnight.

  8. In the morning top the oats with whatever toppings you prefer or sprinkle almonds, sliced bananas and blueberries on top. Enjoy!
