Company overview • Ameria Russ core business is distribution of European well-known brands in the main trade chains through a very large distributor network made by more than 300 wholesalers spread all over the country. • The main product categories presented by Ameria Russ are groceries and confectionary. And on olive oil and olives market Ameria Russ is a leader company with total market share of 30 – 35 %. • Among its suppliers are: Nestle, Kraft Foods, Monini, Olive Line, Cirio, Maxim’s, Reber, Mirabell, Witor’s and others. Most of the brands are on exclusive basis for Russia. • Beside the distributor activity, in 2000 Ameria Russ started to produce pasta at its own factory in Kursk (a total capacity by this moment is ~ 34.000 Tons a year). • At the end of 2008 Ameria Russ starts supply Metro and Real trade chains with private labels of pasta. • At the beginning of 2009 Ameria Russ started producing Ameria egg pasta

  4. Sales and distribution • Geography of Ameria Russ covers not only the whole Russia, but also CIS and non-CIS states. Deliveries are made to Belarus, the United States, deliveries to Germany are in the short term. • Ameria Russ provides flexible and comfortable working conditions. First, well-established logistics: company’s warehouses are located near the Moscow Ring Road, so it is convenient to collect goods. Ameria Russ also offers delivery to any region of Russia - the company has its own fleet.

  5. Sales and distribution • Customers of Ameria Russ are the main shops and a network of Russia: Metro Cash & Carry, Auchan, Real, Carrefour, Selgros, Seventh Continent, Perekrestok, AzbukaVkusa, Paterson, AlieParusa, Billa, KalinkaStockmann, Magnolia, Magnit, etc.
