  • Reducing the economical differencies among the regions (GDP)
  • OPRD is a special operational programme, beacuse:
  • it deals with regional action plans
  • mainly supports development for the local authorities, strenghtens the civil capacity
  • 75% of all support goes to the four most under-developed regions, and makes special criteria for micro-regions (NUTS 4)
  • support from ERDF (about 90%) and ESF (about 10%)
slide5

Structure of the OPRD

  • In the OPRD there are four strategic priorities:

  • Employment pacts as direct labour market policy – each small-regions should have a pact?
  • Project plans as new basis of the next programming period
  • Management capacity
  • Difference among the territorial level and the cost
slide13

Coordination of the employment pacts

  • National network, information, web, experience (newsletter), international best practice
  • Professional help with advices, tranings, seminars, studies
  • Best practices (importing, exporting them)
  • Coordination of the Hungarian pacts

This task will be implemented in the frame of the third component, by National Employment Foundation (www.ofa.hu)
