  3. O Parque Nacional de Kenai é o menor dos 8 parques nacionais do Alasca, mas em compensação é um dos mais bonitos e visitados. Está localizado na península do mesmo nome, a 200 km ao sul de Anchorage. A paisagem foi continuamente moldada por glaciares, tremores de terra, e mudanças climáticas, constituindo-se no habitat natural de vários mamíferos como ursos pardos, orcas, marmotas, leões marinhos, golfinhos, cabras das montanhas, e mais aves marinhas, que chegam a 20 espécies. Vários barcos fazem passeios pelos fiordes, inclusive barcos a vela e caiaques.
