Conclusions: • To provide service of restructured traffic in electronic society, information security requirements and terrorist trends defense the total infotelecommunication hierarchical packet network may be built based inherited networks, with packet switching systems as base system elements. • Switching systems in infotelecommunication network convert any information in packed form, save it in LDAP database in accordance with input requirements depending on network hierarchical level. • Access to authority in accordance with legislation may be provided to any information not only in current time, but in any other time (depends only on database capacity). • The packet switching system has more functionality in accordance with traditional switching systems and the price of packet switching system is less at the some time. 14
