Mission Statement • To Create IT enabled job opportunities for local area development in Vidarbha & Chhattisgarh area with E-governance & BPO opportunities on niche Greenfield technology driven initiatives to have distinct first mover advantage. • To Create State of Art, infrastructure for Less Paper, E-Governed, Computerized, Rule based Work flow automated public offices / utilities & Co-operative banks, credit societies , etc from District to Taluqa / Tahsil / village level.

Market Summary • “ Paper less or Less paper, efficient office“ Everybody wants it, everybody needs it, everybody talks about it; It’s time now for delivering the robust, workable, user friendly less paper office solutions. • Application Service Provider , BOT model based E-Governance & business process outsourcing locally from Govt / Co-Op Banks, is untapped. Even BPO jobs from international market will soon be shifting from Metros to non-metros & smaller cities for cost cutting; thus opening up big opportunities on high value added BPO services to Low value added transcription or Transcribing services. • PC hardware obsolescence in short term application services based IT investments so that wasteful Capital investments turns into productive operational expenditure. Turnkey solution with Software application, Hardware, maintenance & operational support will therefore have easy acceptance

Opportunities • Departmental computerization is generally specific task based, for particular usage thus becoming repetitive, non-uniform, costly & time consuming. • Ready to deploy, robust frame work of general purpose solution could be deployed at more than 3000 Locations in Vidarbha / Chhattisgarh region creating thousands of jobs for IT aware local unemployed youths.

Business Concept • Hardware is provided mostly on rental with commitment to replace pre-determined % of hardware, after pre-determined period thus making available currently usable PC hardware to most of the users. • Paperless office automation software from Newgen is the basic framework on top of which specific customization is done to cover departmental specific needs. This way Glorified E-typewriters called PCs turn into E-Governance tools • Several Co-Op banks & credit societies are starving for robust, efficient Computerization. Core Banking solution from Third party vendors coupled with Newgen’s solution on Banking workflow automation plus Hardware on rental & local operator support will be used to tap the Banking services based revenue. • Local IT aware youths are used on rotation basis to provide them with apprentice opportunities on System administration, software support, Database & Network administration, thus reducing operational costs. • These youths after acquiring work experience locally with us become Employable in Metros on IT related job opportunities.

  7. Competition • Very few PC-Hardware companies are currently giving PCs on rental, WCL takes PCs on rental so is the case with various public sectors. None of the vendor gives Application services. • Our initiatives makes available end to end turnkey solution from Hardware, Networking, Application software, operational & maintenance services, perhaps for the first time in India on Data center / Storage farm / Server farm based business model

Goals & Objectives • Three to Five year short term goals & objectives • Deployments in Excess of 3000 Networks in Vidarbha & Chhattisgarh from 5/10 users Village/Tahsil level network to 100/150 users District level networks. IT Infrastructure involving thousands of owned/ rented/third party computers. • Project Investment on an average Rs 11 Crore per district & Capital incentive eligibility about Rs 3.5 Crore per district of Vidarbha. • Project is made self sustaining with local revenue streams & participation of local entrepreneur as partial Owner / Manager & a formal stake holder in the project. • Project investment pay back targetted for 3-5 years
