  9. Quick Essay Tips • Proofread • Have several people read it over! • IF ASKING A TEACHER ASK IN ADVANCE! YOU ARE NOT THE ONLY ONE APPLYING TO COLLEGE!! • Work on it until it is the best it can be • Be Unique – but not unrealistic • If you are not funny, do NOT try to be. • Do not be verbose!
